Subs are good but didn't get everything I ordered on my sandwich. Ordered a turkey bacon avocado but sandwich did not get any avocado on it. Then my wife added sprouts and extra cheese on her sandwich which she did not get. My wife ended up going in to tell them they had missed a few ingredients on our sandwiches and the staff told her that they knew for sure they had added all the ingredients, as if we were trying to rip them off after paying $30 plus a tip for two sandwiches. They told us they would give us a discount the next time we eat there, and wrote down my name. Not so sure if ill go back.

I’m rating customer service though.nnI ordered a BLT a few weeks ago and didn’t realize I clicked “eat in” on my online order rather than “delivery.” When I called to inquire about my order, they let me know about my mistake but remade the sandwich regardless and had it delivered to me within 15 minutes. This is all without me paying the delivery fee or tip. You earned a regular!
