Had a minor squirrel infestation. Had someone come and confirm that’s all it was and told us to get the 12-month coverage for $1400! Okay, that’s fine. We really don’t want issues with squirrels in our attic and for removal plus 12 months of coverage, that’s okay.nnDecember 23rd we are out of town and someone comes and “removes” the squirrels out of the attic and seals the holes and tells us if any are trapped or we continue to hear scratches, call them and they will come remove them. For WEEKS we’ve been hearing more scratches, more squirrel screams, and have been calling, and EVERY. TIME. we are told they will call back in 30 minutes and EVERY. TIME. we hear nothing.nnOur first payment is due soon but I have received NO SERVICE for this. I paid the initial $74 for them coming down, but nothing else has happened. To say I am furious is an understatement.
John always listens to us about any issues we are having,and takes care of it immediately. We are very pleased with Terminex and our service guy John,we recommend them to everybody..
Used for almost 2 years, and saw minimal improvement. Voiced concerns and was never contacted back for months. Left many voicemails and call back information many times and never received a call back. Could go to office because no one was there, Ever. Will never recommend again. Very unprofessional for a business to operate.
We always get great service from the techs, and they are so friendly. The jobs they do for us are always thorough and completed in timely manners.
