Go to Aaron's or Rent A Center. You'll be better off. Rapid Rentals in Newton is not good. Tried to lease me 2 discontinued used TVs that were marked as new by manager Johnny. They were not new and combined were worth less than $600. The price I would have paid if I continued leasing with them was $2,000!!!!!! That is insanity. As I said, go to Aaron's or Rent A Center. You'll be paying maybe double what it's worth rather than more than triple what it's worth.
Shawana and makisha at your bay springs location are a pleasure to work with nice and courteous ladies and the delivery guys do an amazing job also
The lady shawanna that works in bay springs office is horrible. The worse worker ive ever seen. Me and my gf goes in to pay our bill and the lady starts cussin us out because we questioned their motives for calling our landlord over our rental agreement. First of all thats not how you handle business. She goes on to say personal thibgs about us and starts cussing and threatening my gf. I WOULD NEVER REFER OR ADVISE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS IN THE BAY SPRINGS STORE.

I have been dealing with Rapid Rentals in Bay Springs for 3 years and I have never had a problem. Even if they don't have what I want in store they make sure I have it the next day. Although everything I have purchased is paid off I'm always tempted to go get something else! It's always good to find good people that is always willing to help meet your needs and become more like family to you. ud83eudd17
