Blossman Gas

I moved into my new house in March of this year. My contractor bought a Rinnai on demand hot water unit from blossman in Newton. I never have hot water when I need it. It takes forever for it to get hot and when I cut the hit water off for just a minute it takes several minutes for it to get warm again and I can't wash clothes with hot water because it takes it too long to heat. Everyone I have talked to that has one say theirs doesn't do like mine. So my contractor gave me blossmans number and i talked to Virgil blossman. This man first tells me it's my (water saver) I asked where is the water saver and he tells me it's the screens that's in you faucets when I told him my kitchen faucet didn't have one he said it was a plumbing problem and because I don't buy butane from them that I'm not a customer. I told him me buying the way water heater from him made me a customer. This man then says we have your address but your contractor bought the unit so your not a customer. I will be telling this to the Rinnai company and will blow up Facebook and Twitter and anything else so people will know not to buy their water heaters there because they give you no service for other products you buy unless you buy your gas from them. Well Mr.Virgil Blossman I would put a wood burning heater in my new house before I bought any from you and I will tell my experience with you and your company to as many people that I can.
