I am on the fence with the Newton AZ. For reasons bigger than what it would take them to snap if tables were turned. The guy with the glasses can be hit or miss, he's very friendly, sounds extremely confident ( all of them pretend they are knowledgeable in what you ask to sell you a part) but he's off when him and the Cajun lady work together. The tension, eye rolling, snippy comments, are not only uncomfortable but extremely unprofessional. They have sold me the wrong parts ( wouldn't be a big deal if they hadn't argued me that that was the part I needed instead of what I asked for) .3 different occasions regardless of me telling them what truck it was for they give me one for another family truck. I will change my rating if I inquire about a part and they the cheaper option is what they have in stock. And they sell it to me without me begging that is what I need
I would love to give this location more than 1 star. But as long as autozone continues to employ people that think it’s okay to make racial slurs towards customers as they are leaving the store, 1 star will be far too generous. The leadership here needs to be thoroughly reevaluated, specifically the older lady that is supposed to be a “store manager”.
I was about 7hrs from home and broke down in their parking lot and being that I was alone I was very thankful that Ashley the manager was so sweet and really helped beyond belief. I'm very glad that I broke down there and not somewhere else.
Pretty good quality. Good service.
The manager wasnt very helpful. Acted like we were bothering her and just had a bad attitude in general. She really shouldnt be working with the public. Also she had none to very little knowledge about car part.
