I have been to quite a few gas stations where customer service wasn’t the best but, the subway here was on a different level. I had stood in line for 20 minutes just to have the worker throw my sandwich and say he wasn’t going to make it because he was upset he couldn’t go on break. Extremely disrespectful and terrible customer service if no star option was given this would be the place to use it.
You can’t really blame the clusterf$&@ on Loves when drivers park on top of each other. HOWEVER the fuel pumps are 100% on Loves!!! Fix your pumps!!!! Even the pumps that were open were slow as molasses
Worst truck stop I've been to in a while for service. Needed 2 tires. Was told it would be about 2 hours and I could not be in the truck. It's been over 5 hours and I went to put my cup in the truck and the service tech was sitting on my tire (not even off the rim) on his phone. He looked up and saw me there and started jumping me for getting in my truck. Pretty sure he was mad because he got caught. I'll NEVER choose this shop again.
