Jason came out and replaced our water heater the same day it went out at a reasonable price, while he was here we had him camera our sewer line because we’ve had issues with it and were told by someone that the entire line needed to be replaced. After running his camera Jason determined that there was only one bad spot so he dug it up and repaired it at a reasonable price.

He did an amazing job on replacing mine! Quick and VERY efficient and professional from start to finish. Explained everything he was going to be doing before starting. Explained how our old one wasn't set up correctly and showed us exactly what wasn't, and when reinstalling our new one made sure it was done the right way! Also very friendly!

Very happy with this business. We had a plumber from a differnt company scheduled to come out and then no call/ no show. So I googled more plumbers and everyone said they were booked and couldn't come out for a few days. I called bates plumbing and although they didn't answer when I called , he called me back with in 5 minutes and and said that he was pretty booked up but would try to come in the evening. When he wasn't able to make it out due to the storms, he called to inform me. Which I really appreciated after being blown off by the other company. He said he would be by in the morning and he was at my house before noon. He fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes and was very nice and professional. I hadn't noticed that he was a company out of navada MO but he showed up anyway even when we are an hour away. So thank you very much for your help and for driving all the way to help us!
