We used Chesterfield service for some plumbing issues and they were absolutely wonderful so we decided to use them again for our AC needs. Weston was absolutely wonderful to work with. We are new to area and Weston took the time to teacher us about our AC unit, how to use our humidifier and about how to clean our filter so we don’t have them back up. We will absolutely continue using Chesterfield Services and will recommend them to everyone we know.nToday we had Kyle m come out in the middle of the night in horrible cold weather. He did an amazing job and got our heat back to working. Very professional and so thankful for his hard work.nWe just used another service with chesterfield services and that was there plumbing. We had Jesse come and give us an estimate and then we had him come back and perform the service. He replaced our old sump pump, installed a backup batter and replaced the pipes that were not up to code. He also replaced our old toilets and old vanity. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We will absolutely be using chesterfield services again!!

Chesterfield Service sent technician, Mike Hubbard to work on a plumbing issue in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, and he was professional. He kept informed of what he was doing, and he explained the equipment he used in our house. The issue was not completely fixed, but he was able to not only have a referral for us, but to actually set an appointment for the issue to completely be solved. This kind of service is exceptional.

Our repairman Sean was very courteous and explained his repairs in detail to us. He quickly diagnosed that a switch was bad but was able to clean it up enough to make it operational. He suggested replacing the switch which we agreed to. He ordered a new switch and returned the next day to complete the repair. He also did some tweaking of our system to improve the performance.

Leighton Dennis quickly identified the problem we were having with our ice maker in our Whirlpool refrigerator and efficiently installed a replacement a week later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. In addition, the service tracker was super helpful to time when we needed to meet him at the house. Thank you for the great service!

Bryan installed a new hot water heater in our home on Monday. He was on time and did a great job with the installation of our new unit. He answered all of our questions! We were very satisfied with his work. He is an asset to Chesterfield Service. A first class professional!
