I called for what seemed like a fight in a parking lot that I guess turned out to be nothing, but what really impressed me was the professionalisms and response time. I barely got off the line with the operator and the first unit showed up. I’m sorry if I wasted the officers time, but my faith in the St. Robert PD has been solidified for all time. Good job.

Complete thugs with no knowledge of the law the are supposed to uphold. No oversight or internal affairs to handle complaints (as though it would actually make a difference if they did) Typical smalltown, good-ole-boy system!
Calling from Wisconsin to have child support and divorce papers served. Person who answered the phone didn't even let me finish speaking before telling me to contact some where else. As if I was bothering her. Not impressed! Hopefully I'll have better luck with the next phone call.
I called the police department today to have them do a courtesy contact with my sister that we had not been able to contact for several days and we were concerned about her well being. I was treated with respect for my concern and in a very compassionate manner. They not only made contact with my sister and asked her to contact her family they also contacted me themselves to reassure me that she was okay. I sincerely appreciate their quickness in checking on her but in also following up with a phone call to me. I think the gal I talked to said her name was Debbie but not 100% sure (I was a little upset at the time)
