These employees go above and beyond especially the night staff. I have been in their drive through upset, visibly upset, and I have had employees not even working the window ask me why I am upset and try and make me feel better. I have gone there when they were cleaning the frier and the manager was super nice and decided to comp a few Cinnabon’s. Their frozen drinks always look pretty compared to the other stores I’ve seen. Comparing the wait times from other Taco Bell’s this location is speedy. I have little to no wait.

This is my second bad experience with this taco bell. First got a crunch wrap and they forgot the beef then my second time going I got a nacho bell grande with Extra cheese only to open the box and barely get any at all.
Gave me food poisoning so bad I had a FEVER!! I thought I had covid. Eat at your own risk.
SHOULD BE ZERO STAR!nnI eat here a lot since it’s so close to my work. When I say a lot I mean like every other day..... and the past 4 times I’ve been there my order has been messed up. So today I call and tell them it’s messed up, they offered me my replacement if I come back in. I said that’ll be fine could you meet me half way since I’m literally walking distance.... yes told me no because it’s rush hour, literally not a single car in drive thru. I love Taco Bell but this Waynesville location is awful. I’m officially never going back!
