I’m come here quite a few times never had my order messed up before. But today I did. When someone says bell pepper that means bell pepper not add banana peppers cause you feel like it.
I was in there last night to grab a few subs. The woman who waited on me was very nice and worked quickly. However, as I went to pay, there was another woman behind the register area yelling at a young employee in front of two other employees and in plain view of two customers. I understand that she felt that he did, or said something wrong, but you reprimand an employee privately, not publicly. It embarrasses the employee, and the staff and customers who witness it. It shows a total a lack of professionalism.
Great customer service.
I like how friendly they are sometimes, but sometimes there seem they are stressed like they need more employees, that and every-time I come to order it takes 5 mins for someone to take my order, 2 mins to pay, then 10-15 mins to get my food. I’ve worked at a Fast Food Sandwich place so I know it don’t take that long to make a sandwich drive through shouldn’t be that slow and this isn’t only during rush hour either, one day I came when no one was in the parking lot or in drive through in front of me and it took 20 mins to get my 6 inch sub, a 6inch sub not toasted! ud83dude11 other than that this place is chill.
Not only did they get two of my subs wrong I also found found a hair in one of them as well.
