I walk in and the women who is the owner comes to me and says “what do you want” it wasn’t what she said it was her tone.... I scheduled my appointment far in advance 11/26/19 and I went in on my appointment day 12/21/19 at 9am and they told me they didn’t have me down and they couldn’t do my 2 appointments I had scheduled a month in advance.nnSo I left and it’s just so disappointing - if someone calls that far to make an appointment you better make sure you have their spot saved... not sure if she erased my name to put someone else in... this place was highly recommended by a friend of mine so I was sad this didn’t work... well on a positive note everyone else is booked up as well and I saved my $80 dollars.

Allen was extremely attentive and helpful. He helped me find exactly the right colors and took the extra time to make it look really good. I am impressed every time! And this time did not disappoint! Thanks Jade nails for such an excellent experience.

Alan did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I wasn't rushed out as soon as he was finished! I've already scheduled my next appointment! So glad my daughter recommended Jade Nails.
