Dwight and Lynn were extremely helpful in our purchase of a home in Leavenworth. They worked hard to be sure we had all of our questions and concerns addressed. Their intimate knowledge of the Leavenworth area was very helpful to us throughout the buying process. Dwight and Lynn are both very nice people, and very easy to work with.

If you're looking to buy a place in Leavenworth or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend this group. I'm a licensed California broker myself, so I've seen a lot of brokers. When I needed someone local to help me buy a vacation property, I considered many groups. Dwight and Lynn's team stood out, and from the moment we first spoke I knew they were a good choice. Their knowledge of the market and client-focused approach was great. In my case, I wanted to look at cabins in the winter, which is no small ask. But we did it, using 4x4's and snowshoes. Dwight even got my home inspector to the house via snowmobile. While that's a unique situation, it also speaks to their 'whatever it takes' approach to clients. I truly enjoyed working with them. Use them if you can.

We have been working with Dwight and Lynn for the last 10 years. First with property we acquired and then with the sale of the land when our plans changed. Working for us wasn't an easy task as we were living in Pennsylvania. Over the last year they went above and beyond to help us find our retirement home. We were kept up to date on all listings and our inquiries were answered in a timely and thorough manner. Dwight showed exceptional patience and accommodated us as we often changed our criteria and focus. We finally located our dream house and the service didn't stop there as we were assisted and guided through all the paper work. We still touch base with Dwight, even after closing, to acquire community based information. He is always friendly and helpful. He never makes us feel bothersome. Now that is service!!!!

My husband and I bought a home in Leavenworth back in October 2015 from Chicago Suburbs! We made several trips looking for property and each time Camiekae Lynch had listings waiting to show us. No time was wasted and we successfully closed easy breezy! They treat everybody like family here and want to do a good job for their clients. I can attest to that as they watched over our newly purchased house while we were busily packing up the old homestead in IL. You can't ask for better people to assist you in making your dreams come true!

I've had a positive experience when working with Came Lynch in the past. She has rented out places for my family/friends multiple times. Usually during the holidays, and she is very professional and awesome to work with. I highly recommend Came if you need a place to stay when vacationing in the Leavenworth area.
