We just sold our home with the help of Dan. We are happy with the outcome and his assistance. We have worked with Dan for over 20 years and have been pleased with his efforts. We have purchased with his help various properties. We built several houses in the Cashmere area and he helped with selling those properties. He also has a service company to help with rentals. In the last few years we have, with Dan's help, purchased a condo that we are planning on staying in. With the purchased of that condo we wanted to sell, but Dan suggested that we rent it for a while because the market was depressed at that time. We had his service company due the work on the rental, so we didn't have to worry about getting the rent, etc. That is the house that Dan just sold for us. Everything worked out real well and we thank Dan for his help.

Dan Acton helped us sell our home while we were living in another state! He communicated in a timely, concise, friendly and courteous manner. His real estate experience in the Leavenworth vicinity was extremely helpful for our needs. Since we were not living nearby, he anticipated tasks that would need to be accomplished for a smooth transaction with enough notice so that we never had a crisis. I would definitely recommend Mr. Acton for all of your real estate needs.

My husband and I picked Dan Acton to sell our home, because we had such a positive experience with him 17 years ago when we originally bought the cabin we were now ready to sell. This was the first time we've sold a property and Dan truly made the process painless. Our cabin sold the first week it was listed and Dan's knowledge of who to call (we live across the state) to handle a couple of the things that needed doing before closing was invaluable. Hey, the man even stopped by to help my husband load our couch into the moving van--a gesture from a busy man this woman of a certain age with a bad shoulder appreciated more than words can say. Cannot recommend highly enough.
