I would highly recommend Gavin for any property needs. My wife and I stopped in and spoke with Gavin to search local property listings. Within a couple hours Gavin had located and sent us many options to view. Gavin worked with us every step of the way and has great local knowledge of the surrounding areas. Gavin went above and beyond providing my wife and I with local excavating/perk test contractors. Additionally took the time to drive to our lot and post an address sign for the appraisal company. Gavin answered his phone or returned calls promptly. This is the kind of service that made Gavin really stand out from other Real Estate professionals we spoke with. I highly recommend Gavin, he made the whole process of my first home purchase very easy and enjoyable. He answered all of my questions very professionally, and I asked a lot being a first time buyer. With his help I was able to get my home below the listing price. He worked hard to achieve this for me. Gavin is hands down one of the best agents in the world! He served me and my family well! He always has great attitude and works hard! He went above and beyond to show us houses that were on the market. He had even showed us homes way out in the boondocks and has never shown any reluctance. If I had the money to buy another house Id use him again no questions asked.nnIf you use Gavin as your your agent YOU wont be disappointed!

We enjoyed working with Gavin. He was responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We first began looking for a home in the Leavenworth over a year ago with a long range plan. He was patient with us throughout the process. He was always willing to answer any questions we have and share what we needed to make decisions. When we finally made the decision to purchase a property he was flexible, facilitated many conversations between the parties and we always felt comfort through the process. I would highly recommend him!!!!
