I took a white jacket and skirt to be dry cleaned. I went to pick up my suit, and was mortified when I saw it. It looked liked it had been washed in dirty water. It was horrible, and the owner was more concerned about $13.00 I owed him rather than his establishment ruining a suit I paid well over a $100. they never acknowledged what was done to my suit. No apology NOTHING.. If you value your clothes DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I wanted to give ZERO stars didn't have that option.

I love the folks at northside cleans the do a great job of pressing my rock revival jeans without damaging the buttons and all of my coveralls from work they treat everyone as if they where family

I've been going here for a few years now but yesterday when arriving there was 3 people ahead of me talking with the blonde hair girl at the counter to drop clothes off. One of the women wanted to end the conversation so I could be seen & the cashier said (I WAS NO ONE IMPORTANT!) & called another lady from the back to assist me but the lady she was speaking with said (I believe everyone is important). I will never do anymore business with them ever again!

I love this place. They are professional and efficient. You bring in your clothes early enough you can have them as early as the next afternoon. I've been going here for 4 years or more. I just love it. I will say the prices are a little high but you pay for great service. Oh another story my brother is in the military and had some whites that need to be serviced. Don't bring your military whites they are not equipped to handle those types of clothes. He had black marks all over it and he had to throw it out and buy another one. The ladies offered to get a tide stick from the store to take it out that was the only thing but my brother just said no it was no point it was ruined.
