One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dry cleaners anywhere. I am not from Lafayette, but I visited National Cleaners when I was passing through town. I needed a pair of pants repressed after having a problem with another dry cleaners, and National Cleaners got it done. The owner was very personable, took my call, and heard me out. I brought in my messed up pleated pants and their staff paid great attention to detail and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. 10/10. Use them.

Best dry cleaner I’ve ever used! Just earned a new customer. Dropped of 4 shirts and a suit at 930 and picked up at 11. Unbelievably fair pricing especially for same day service! Even fixed the hem on my pants at no charge. Definition of customer service. 10/10!!

Have use National Cleaners since I moved to Lafayette 18 years ago. Always pleased with their service. If I need something cleaned by a certain time, they always accommodate. And no matter how long it’s been, Ed always calls you be name!

I gave them a two because although they were very quick getting my jeans cleaned and pressed none of the directions were followed and so they came back with no starch which I could’ve done in the hotel. If you ask for a ticket they say “we will text you” which it’s apparent if you aren’t a regular, and they don’t care. I stated med starch, creased and she repeated it back (never writing it down or inputting in computer) when picking up the receipt shows nothing and I have flimsy jeans - $20 lesson learned, there won’t be a next time.

I rarely if ever visit a dry cleaner, but something needed that kind of care. Good service, no issues.
