I brought my 2 pc suit in on a Friday after 10am and I had a dinner to go to and they got it ready for me the same day. These people go above and beyond to help their customers. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It took them a week longer then they said it would, and they didn’t call me when it was finally ready. When I got my down comforter back, it wasn’t nearly as white or fluffy as when I brought it. It’s flat and very wrinkled. There’s also huge yellow stains on it now that I’m positive weren’t there when I brought it. Ruined my comforter. And it smells weird.

This is not our first go around with this location! Can't beat their service, cause when they say it will be ready on... it is always on time!
Very close to my home so I wish I could continue going here, but I’ve realized that they don’t actually clean my suits, they just press them. Basically $13 for something I can do with my steamer at home.
