Valuable ring went missing from the open part of my center console following oil change / car wash. After retracing places I visited prior and searching my vehicle entirely, I had to contact them several times before I could get someone to review security footage. I ended up getting police involved and they stated the footage deletes after 24 hours. Several months later, the ring is still missing. They lost a longtime customer after that debacle.
I bought the Ambassador car wash which includes vacuuming inside, cleaning windows inside and out, armor all on the dash, wash and hand dry. They did a great job very through. I would definitely use them again.
We went there today and wanted a car wash for the 29.00 .went inside to pay for it.after waiting for about 1o to 15 minutes we noticed no cars was going thru the car wash the lady in back of the counter told us there was a problem with the compressor. I than requested a refund. She told me I couldn't get a refund.that is the last time I'm going over there. She than told me that they were hand washing
Great was but the express wash isn’t so express!
