Dropped off an american flag that draped the coffin of a deceased American Soldier and when it was returned to me, it had a rip in it. They failed to mention that when I picked it up.
Shout out to Jessica at the Portico Porter's in Shreveport, LA. I had a pair of slacks dry cleaned, and they didn't do well with the chemicals. Jessica paid me the value of the pants IAW Porter's policy, but that was well short of the replacement value due to their age. Jessica made up the difference with a Porter's Gift Certificate. That is AWESOME customer service. Thanks Jessica, you rock!!
