Good & Bad comments.nOlder property. Needs Renovations DESPERATELY ! MAINLY with the FRONT OFFICE Building AND the GROUNDS/LOCATION. * TEAR DOWN or extensive renovation to the Front Building.. it IS SCARY Looking. Other than that _ just needs SOUND BARRIERS Between property and Interstate. TOO MUCH Noise can be heard from there AND the TRAIN.nI actually thought the rooms were quaint. I LOVED the DECOR and the DESIGN of the room with the bathroom privacy. The walls had NO insulation between them SO you COULD hear the tenants staying next door talking at normal voice. A LOT of POTENTIAL here. But IF you ARE a Light Sleeper ..... KEEP DRIVING !
At check in, Tanya as so accommodating and so awesome! Very professional and very accommodating! Another Gentleman Ken was very nice as well. Room was good everything nice! Thank you for a great stay
Honestly I don't know where to start. The only good thing about my stay here was the guy working the front desk. They don't offer any discounts for Military or triple A I understand Triple A but not military. The Rooms are most definitely not like the ones in the pictures. This is the 1st hotel in almost 10 year's of working on the road that I chose to sleep in my clothes instead of using the blanket. Thank God for my can of Lysol. The only reason I stayed and didn't leave was because everything else was full. Next time I will just drive the 30-45 minutes to Marshall T.X. and get a room.
I just want to thank Tanya for her professional service helping with my employees with their check in'nand making them comfortable with everything. Great personality and a pleasure! Again thank you and will be sending my employees in the future.
Customer service was good...but hard to overcome a dated and worn facility. Room was adequate but all surfaces were sticky which most likely came from type cleaner used to wipe down things. I could not recommend unless some significant improvements made...
