Very clean! Great staff that were so accommodating and patient! When I called for more towels I thought it would be two hours and they were up Giving me the towels less than 30 minutes later. And I was there for a tournament so it was insanely crowded. Later that night we had a call for another blanket and again I thought it would be two hours… 10 minutes they had the blanket out my door. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this hotel! Fun bar with great, upbeat staff, fantastic valets and overall just a great experience for a stay or staycation in Shreveport. This might be one of my favorite Hilton’s I’ve stayed in this far. My only gripe and frustration is it’s so hard to get a suite or upgrade! I’m an Honors member, and I’ve tried searching for a bigger room/suite months away..nothing. :( I wish it was a little easier so I could plan birthday getaways etc.nOverall though, I’d highly recommend! One of the nicest hotels in the area.nnUpdate: thank you for the response from the owner so quickly! I’ll be back soon again! What a great hotel that cares about people’s patronage.

This is one of the nicer Hilton properties I've had the opportunity to enjoy. And as a diamond member they took very good care of me here. The staff is unbelievably courteous, the rooms are immaculate, they have all of the amenities you can think of within the hotel, and it's near the casinos and other entertainment. Overall number 1 pick for a hotel in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Taylor and Stephanie in particular were absolutely wonderful, thank you so much!

Came here for a volleyball tournament as I have in years past. Service was great, and people were accommodating. It's adjacent to the Convention Center, and you can self park for $8 per day.

My husband and I arrive at the Hilton hotel November 20, 2020 around 4:59 PM, & took our leave November 22 12 PM. We appreciate the receptionist for looking out for us that was very generous of her. It was a beautiful room and the food provided was very amazing. The only reason they didn’t get the full five stars from me was because of the poor reception. I’m not sure if it was because we are on the ninth floor but I expected it to be better especially staying at the Hilton…… But other than that I will always have fond memories of this place.
