My wife & I received our Covid vaccines on 2-4-2021 & 3-4-2021 at Caddo Parish Health Unit. Everyone we met went above & beyond to make this an excellent experience. Thank you to all these wonderful ladies!! James & Nelda Sue Wainwright-

They don’t even answer the phone and I’m trying to schedule a appointment, I don’t wanna walk in for nothing smh y’all got to do better!! I never had this problem in Texas... I’ll see if I have a better chance with the bossier health unit!

The first time I needed to go through this WIC office it was really wonderful, ladies were very polite and helpful and they used to answer the phone. This was back in May. But now, however, can’t get anyone to return my calls, I’ve left several voicemails, and they even advertise that they start returning calls at 2 but that doesn’t seem to be true. Please read your reviews and take into consideration what your clientele is asking for. I’m really hoping for a return call. My babies need you to call me back please. But I will continue to call and leave messages everyday until then.

I showed up today with a deaf friend of mine. Your hours online said that you were opened until 4:00, when calling your offices it said that you are opened until 4:30. We get here at 3:45 and every single door to the building is closed. If you guys are closed for Thanksgiving then there need to be hours posted. There is none posted anywhere. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Mother’s are trying to access WIC services for their children and then people like my friend are trying to access Vital Records for things like applying for FASFA for college. You will be hearing about this in the future.

I wish I could give Caddo no stars at all. The most nastiest attitudes ever! Wouldn’t recommend! Needs to be shut down until they learn what customer service is! If anyone could give me the names of the two ladies that take the calls for appointments please email me “[email protected]”. This behavior needs to be reported!
