The caddo parish sheriff's department has consistently conducted themselves in a very diligent professional manner. It's been my observation that the men and women of this organization are caring strong people doing a VERY difficult job in order to protect life and property with very little thanks. In Calcasieu Parish after hurricane Laura. 9-5-20 approximately 3pm. Pulled over by two Caddo Parish Sheriff deputies. I will admit they had reason to pull me over. Deputy Tadlock, was very professional and conducted himself exactly as a deputy should. The other one however, who’s name I will not mention, was extremely unprofessional, beat on my vehicle window, escalating an otherwise peaceful encounter, pulled his weapon and aimed it at me, and did all around terrible police work. I will say by the end of it all, he calmed down and began to act much more like someone worthy of a badge. I’m going with 3 stars only because Deputy Tadlock was extremely professional and ,in my opinion, the only reason the encounter ended peacefully.

Sgt. Hester, would not give badge number and hung up on citizen trying to report crime 5-9-19, approx 6:35pm. These viruses are highly involved in the murder and torture of u.s. citizens in the targeted individuals program. They are the lowest form of trash in bossier. They're in human trafficking. They're deeply involved in setting up citizens, harassing citizens, and cia/fbi torture programs.
