My electric bill should not be 200 +.. I have a one bedroom apartment. This was before I got a tv! It’s high because of the outdated appliances.. my refrigerator constantly makes noises and falling apart, same with stove. I’ve tried to have replaced but they will just have maintenance try to fix it, instead of replacing.

I really can’t stand living here. The management changes every 4 months. This time it has been taken over by someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. The new property manager Tanya is verryyy rude and very nasty acting. There’s been a lot of crime activity around here as well and no one feels safe here. This is why people are moving out like crazy. No one wants to feel unsafe and no one wants to deal with unorganized/ rude management

It is in a convenient location. It is just a walking distance to a gas station and wallmart :):)
