Havana Property Management

I've tried for weeks to get a hold of these guys. Left messages on the only phone number listed for them as well as put in requests on their website. Apparently, they are not interested in filling properties. That may explain why they don't have many.

Honestly, these guys are beyond amazing. This is Mine and my boyfriends first house to rent, it is very comfortable and homie and never once have they mistreated us. They are always here to help us out even when they are unavailable. We've learned that with a little bit of patience and good communication, we get a lot done. After 3 years of being at our home now, it is very difficult to leave anywhere else just because of how great they are! My boyfriend and I have had some bad experiences with other landlords before because of our age and disabilities, but Havana properties has to be the most understanding and caring people we have ever met. Thank you guys for all you do, you guys deserve way better reviews.

I wouldn't say it's the property management, it's the owner of our particular duplexes. If things change I'll update this.nnUpdate*nOk I was wrong it’s actually the owner AND havana property management. Absolutely horrible people, they never come fix anything until the week that the rent is due, unless it’s something that could damage their property if they don’t fix it quickly. And they’re a bunch of liars.and their property on East grail isn’t even up to code.

I like the apartment and they have been good to us since we moved in last year.

They manage property for me and have done a great job for 6 years now.
