Doesn't return maintenance or any other call. They told my roommate that pest control was coming yesterday, waited all day and no one showed. Left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. They never return calls so don't waste your time.

I lived at this property for one year and loved it! The location was great and the staff A-MAZZZZ-ING!!! We lived in a newer renovated home. The vinyl floors throughout were just what we were looking for. During our time here, the whole property went through a complete renovation overhaul. The change is incredible. Doesn't look like the same property. Added amenities such as the package lockers, fitness center, pool & new clubhouse made this place the bomb!! If I had to move back to Lenexa again, The Reserve at 77 is the place to be!

If you are looking for a new place to call home The Reserve at 77 is the place to go. The apartments are roomy and spacious and they are nicely remodeled and maintained. They also have a great office staff that goes the extra mile to make sure their residents are happy. My go to person is Emily because she faces every situation in a professional manner and her genuine smile never leaves her face.
