Just moved in a few days ago. Overall very satisfied so far. Very few minor issues that were immediately taken care of. Management very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Ready for the new experience!

Went to visit and tour the Carlyle Apartments and had an amazing welcoming experience with Itzel Cortez! Not only was she very knowledgeable, she was very kind and was able to make the overall tour fun... would definitely recommend this community to others! The leasing office was gorgeous and everyone was very nice! :)

All I can say is AMAZING, I never normally post a review however I was left very impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff was. An extra shout out to Susana though, she was very professional and super knowledgeable! She was able to answer any questions I tossed her way. Definitely need more people like her!!

One of the things to definitely wish I could have taken into consideration is how thin the walls are. Some neighbors choose to be the self proclaimed DJs of the freaking block and blast their music outside. In the late evening. Usually in any other place it would be decent and manageable since you could shut the window or door and have it get muffled. There's no freaking way to escape obnoxious neighbors. It's like they are right next to your ear. Every door slam or locking car is audible from the bedroom. THE WALLS ARE SO THIN AND VERY POORLY INSULATED (In bedrooms specifically). During the winter I decided to put up plastic covers with tape because there was always a horrible draft near every window making it near impossible both the bedrooms to warm up. Also a BIG thing is that when they'd have 'maintenence' on the water system you would think they could have notified the residents. Instead of being able to plan around not having access to water in the apartment they didn't say a word I had to call the office to find out it was going to be off for hours.

I can’t tel enough how bad experience I had the last few months. This all because of the new management and the selfish new company.nThe only apartment I have ever lived but only since this management’s takeover no HELP
