Peggy Holmes is pretty much a con artist. BEWARE! We were in the process of trying to buy a house and she pretty much didn't want us to get an inspector. She kept saying that the insurance people would pretty much do the same thing. Anyway, i got an inspector and he came and told me the roof on the house was no good. All after Peggy kept saying that the roof was done a few years ago and was good. I told her that i wasn't buying the house unless we got a new roof put on it. She got a new roof put on it but wouldn't get me any information on who did it, in case i ever need any warranty work or anything. ALSO, she gave me false property lines during our walkthrough. This woman isn't educated at all about any of the properties she is selling. I really hope you'll think twice before working with her. She is also pretty rude to you after you call her out about her BS.

Very rude and unprofessional at responding toward ones interest in a home.. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I will do what I can to expose the unprofessional behavior..
