My wife called to place an order for 2x12x20's due to another supplier not having them in stock. We live in north of Chattanooga and are in the middle of building. A round trip drive to John's Lumber is about 2 hours from our build site. Not only did they refuse to take our payment over the phone they refused to fill the order outright. I would never do business with this company after this ordeal. It's 2020, if you can't be bothered to update your technology to take a credit card for a purchase you don't deserve to receive the business. Gladly taking ours elsewhere.
They are great people. I have done business there for over 20 years my dad got things from there. They are really good bout helping me with things I need at great prices and quick to get it to you.
I built my personal custom home and John's supplied most all of the materials. The service was prompt and the materials were all good. The prices were very fair and everything was delivered. Thanks Jason for making it easy.
These guys are a Class Act they provided everything for my home and were a pleasure to deal with.
