Fantastic gem in central Washington. The grounds are open (with social distancing guidelines) as is the store where you can get really good gift shop prices on local treasures like minerals, candles, books, and toys. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for somewhere to stretch you legs and break up a long trip.nnBonus: There's RV parking behind the park next to the museum.
If you love people story of the state you will love this place. We had a lot of fun.
Gift shop is nonprofit and has many artifacts to see and buy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Have to go and visit this place whenever you're in the area.
Very cool exhibits for village from past century! But I wish they open the inside exhibit for limited viewing.
Although the museum was closed the outside village area was open and so was the gift shop. Absolutely beautiful! So much history.
