I started renting for Bruce in 2015 at 1790 bullock drive rent was affordable so I took it it’s now 2021 and these past few years have been a nightmare first Bruce promised too paint the outside of the home too match the inside now he forgets all about that but he’s a deacon of his local church and can remember the Bible on Sunday ? Every year he claims taxes have went up too raise my rent I checked they didn’t another lie next I had my son with me and went by his office on a Saturday he got all high and mighty and threatened too call our famous sheriff on me , next let talk shiela lords who has a smart tone every time you call about getting something done too the home always so quick too tell you what they don’t cover which ninety percent of the time under ga rental laws is wrong next I have been constantly harassed by Bruce filing e over the years sometimes being a little !!!a day or two behind which is ridiculous ! Also I’ve asked too have my vents cleaned he doesn’t cover that or cleaning the fire snappy shiela says recently next the septic tank was over flowing after six months of back in worth with the maintenance man Bruce and James his son it got halfway fixed they were mad cause I took the grass seed off my rent give me a break ! It’s been a pure nightmare come by see the house I rent it’s spotless n I did ninety percent of it all now you took millions of dollars in ppp money from the government but I was told my maintenance would have too wait because there new rental homes in Rome ga we’re getting worked on first I have been harassed and aggravated and treated like a second class citizen time and time again as too where during a near fatal accident and COVID right after my lawyer John Mays of Buford ga had too have a talk with Bruce I only remain here too handle some certain things and then they can gladly have this home back don’t put you or your families into this kinda of disrespect and feel free too contact me anytime I’m one fed up tentant

Very nice people

Called to get information on a property the listing said “posted by management company” so i had questions if they could ask the owners if they would be willing to put in a refrigerator, as i work for a management company and know we can ask owners those questions. The lady that answered was RUDE and had the absolute worst attitude. When i asked the question she answered rudely and at the end of her answer had an attitude and said “why” with the rudest voice. The man i had talked to a week or so before was way nicer. Cant imagine how they treat their tenants since they are so rude to potential tenants.

Very heart broken.nMy family and I moved to GA for a better life as most people. Since we’ve gotten here it’s been one struggle after the other. We’ve been staying at a hotel for months and it’s costing a lot. When we were told about this company and was told how they may be able to help we thought ((yeah ok)). When He told us we are approved for a home we cried with excitement. It was like finally I get a home. The only thing was we had to wait for it to be ready, and I was willing to do that. We were also told “ you get first dibs. No worries” So I called to find out if we do something we had been waiting on him to get back to us about. You can imagine my broken heart when I was told. “ oh the owner wants to get more applications on the home to see who qualified better.” What happened to first dibs? I feel so lost again. Oh well. Guess that’s life.
