Really nice apartments. Staff is nice but under staffed and had I known this I would have never moved here bc they can’t get maintenance done overworking the one guy that they do have. They need more help on site. They get you in stating they have a pool laundromat on site and so on. But the pool is down and what laundromat. The prices are increasing so I feel my time is up and I came in February 2019. They are basing the rent off of Gwinnett County rent scale but we are no where near that

I lived here for 14 yrs. I will say it was a pleasure from the beginning, but as they changed landlords and different people moving in brought different vibes...toward the end I was somewhat depressed and stressed about living in this environment...it had gotten to the point that it didn't feel like home anymore.. It felt like a hell hole and I hated to come home everyday...I felt safer and better sleeping in my car away from the property. They income base rules sucks and I personally thinks that the landlord they have now needs to learn to keep residents information more confidential instead of showing favortism and exposing personal information to certain residents that are her personal friends....it's not fair or professional at all.

I've lived here for 5 years, as far as privacy is concerned, I've never had an issue. I would invite people to also consider the source, you can't get mad when you tell everyone your business and then it comes back. I haven't ever seen the landlord play favorites, but I have seen people get upset about things not being done immediately, but that's more entitlement than anything else. This is apartment complex for adults, people will to take pride and responsibility for their actions and own property. Something I highly doubt the previous commentor knew anything about. Is this the best place in the world to live? No, but its certainly the best place in Monroe. The staff is kind and caring.
