First time home buyer here. Dealing with Clayton was a pleasure . He knew exactly what I was looking for in a home . By the 3rd day he’d found the home I was looking for. Everything from the offer to closing was smooth as can be. Minus a slight issue that was not directly his fault. And when he was made aware of it he jumped in and made sure things were being accomplished the right way. Clayton displayed genuine concern which I appreciated very much. If your in the market for a home and are in need of a realtor look no further this guy right here is the man! We contacted Clayton prior to relocating from out of state. Don’t let his quiet demeanor fool you- expansive real estate and buying knowledge, connections and both professional and personal experience in buying new, buying old, flipping gut jobs and commercial property sales are only a few of his many talents. Knowing our taste, he even showed us an additional home that came on the market while we were under contract on another, just to make sure it didn’t suit our needs better- since he had taken the time to get to know our family and our taste! Highly recommend Clayton to help you find your dream house!

Clayton offers an abundance of knowledge on the process of buying a house especially for someone like myself who it was my first time. He was prompt, punctual and easy going. He listened to everything we wanted and walked me through each step. I could contact him at any time with any question and he would get the answer to me as soon as he knew. Even after the purchase of my home he still goes above and beyond and tries to help anyway he can. If your looking for someone who knows what he’s doing and talking about and is willing to help in anyway Clayton is your guy.
