On 12/31/2020 I submitted a maintenance request for mold throughout my apartment. This VAILD issue was never addressed by the management or maintenance team. In fact, the maintenance request was closed and marked as “COMPLETED” 84 days later This issue still hasn’t been resolved. The management team is unresponsive and when you contact the corporate office they redirect you to the property managers who “NEVER” answer the phone or return calls. To top this all off two days ago I put in a ticket for a heavy celling leak that has soaked the carpet and now there is a unbearable smell of mold and mildew from the wet carpet. No one has reached out no one has tried to come by to mitigate. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

I have been here for 3 years now...and I'm ready to go...they have had 3 office managers while I've been here and still can't get it right...they NEVER answer the the phone, and it takes a year for any maintenance concerns to be dealt with or they comingto the wrong unit. The playground is always trashy...and it's not a quiet place anymore...lots of kids running around...pool is always dirty, they never drain it...as much as I'm paying it should be a better living situation for me and my family, I'm just saying ud83dudc4eud83cudffeud83dudc4eud83cudffeud83dudc4eud83cudffe

I have been here since Jan almost halfway through my lease, I must say James is the best property manager I have ever had. Yvette is great and the maintenance staff get the work done. If you’re looking for a quiet yet great place to live, gated and I must say the gate always work. Not only is there a playground for the kids but a large pool with bbq grills for your use and for those fitness buff a nice fitness center. The lawns are well manicured. The apartments are spacious, with nice open kitchens. I have never had to ask for anything twice. And as you all know we are in a pandemic, the management company has been great in helping those that lost jobs. I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS ONE OF THEM.nnMs. A

So far everything is good hallways could use a good scrub and the wasp and bee's in the bushes near hallways really need to b taking care of as well as the hives in hallways other than that we are goodud83dude01

My experience so far has been great. Ms. Yvette was very patient with me and took the time to explain every step with me. Ms. Whitney was exceptionally helpful and I didn't even know she was the manager. Which means they run a very great office and have really good customer service. Thanks so much Ms. Yvette and Ms. Whitney you all rock. :)
