The Rainbow Communities Association does a great job of keeping the grounds of the neighborhood well groomed. The maintenance company is held accountable for their actions and can be seen bi-weekly working around the properties. There are no reports of problems with the HOA and all the owners seem to be happy with the current board members.

I met the president yesterday she was very nice. She also was very concerned with what was going on in the neighborhood and provided an opportunity to listen to my concerns. I am looking foward to working with her and the HOA with bettering our neighborhood and getting more positive vibes. It's time for a change we are one big family and we should come together as one. It may take time but I am focused on us being a family that gets along. I know we can do this.

This Management Company is horrible! They do not respect the home owners. They are only interested in collecting fees! They do not treat people fairly! They abuse their power and interpret the covenants any by-laws to suite them! They would not even get one star but I had to put something!

I recently visited a community that I was told is managed by Rainbow Communities from one of the home owners. I was very surprised to see a dead animal at the entrance that looked like it had been ran over and over again. I feel upon driving around the community that they could do a better job on its overall appearance. The home owner also told me not to move in there because the HOA didn't care about the community and that they was only concerned about issuing fines. Well, I decided to look into it for myself and was surprised to see the negative reviews on this company. I think I just dodged a speeding bullet!

First off I want to say this place accepts sex offenders so be aware for your children which is so outrageous because they didn’t tell anybody about it it just so happens to pop up doing a deep search so please be careful, also the fees they charge is skyrocketing and always an additional fee. I noticed that they tax and charge for every and anything. And I personally believe they target certain people that’s just not right and they never address the issue about the sex offender either smh please please just stay away and do your research. And this playground is a joke like are you serious? At least put a full playground instead of a half one Jesus Christ cmon now
