My apt has had a few issues with appliances but every time the maintenance team fixes it ASAP! They’ve been awesome putting up with my numerous maintenance requests during COVID while still following safety precautions!

VAC maintenance and office staff are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get to know and help people. They are an important part of the VAC family!

I have been a resident at the Village for over 15 years! I absolutely love the place, along with the entire community! I will definitely have to say during my stay I've seen many changes throughout the property along with the management team! With that being said.... I am more pleased with the Management team The Village has now, along with the entire staff!!! Amazing people, and awesome place to call HOME!!! Keep up the great work, and ill stick around another 15 years!!! ud83dude09

I have been a tenant at Village at Almand Creek for 4 1/2 years. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always receive a response within 24 hours of making a maintenance request. The office staff has always been professional, helpful and courteous. By far this has been my best apartment experience.
