Simple and to the point, I made an offer through my agent and my offer was not only the first offer but over asking price. He asked if my offer was biggest and best then purposely withheld my offer in order to start a bidding war. Unlike the weak agent who was working with you and for himself instead of representing me, I will not sweep it under the rug. Your practices are clearly unethical and dishonest. Be prepared to explain your actions, you're going to be legally compelled. If this guy is listing a property, don't buy here, he is going to play with your life, and place your finances in jeopardy. The seller is also placed in jeopardy when an agent plays these type of games. Clearly this is how he operates. I certainly hope other factors about how I look are not included in your choice to play this game you started. I know for a fact that you know how I look so save the I have never seen you line.

The agent accepted an offer verbally on 3270 Old Covington. In the same day another offer came in and they accepted an offer that was over the listing amount. A verbal agreement between two agents is binding but it is a he said she said thing and now the house is still on the market as the other offer apparently never went through. Should have kept the original offer.
