I was going here intermittently for years during the original owners, whom was very good. I continued to visit after the new owners . My first thoughts after the young lady was washing my hair was she’s very rough while handling wet hair. She’s pulling and tugging on with a comb. It was recommended I do a few protein treatments and I followed that advice. On one visit I requested a relaxer . After a few days I noticed the relaxer didn’t take and within days handfuls of hair broke off . I went from 16” of hair to 2” in the middle of my head to max 6-8” in different areas.nThey’re not caring professionals at this salon. I did eventually report this to the owner and she did recommend me coming back for treatments but I declined. All my years relaxing my hair this has never happened. It’s unacceptable and I will never return to this salon nor fir the obvious will I ever recommend them to anyone else. Georgia as a whole don’t have a lot of good hair dressers that are comfortable handling relaxed hair. If it’s not natural or in some sort of dread it’s as if they don’t really know what to do . They can’t hold a candle to Detroit hairdressers.

Been coming here for years love the way my hair comes out everytime from the dye job to the blowout always able to get right in and get done i am mixed with white and black and this is the only salon i have been able to go to and not have all the chemicals be put in i have been relaxer free for 3 since since coming here and I absolutely love it!!! Ms. Cindy is amazing she knows exactly what i need when I walk in. I love it here!!! If i could do more stars I would!!!

I'm not impressed at all. We made an appointment for 9 a.m. It is 11:16 a.m. and my daughter has only had a wash and sit under the dryer. Is trying to be patient because there's only 2 females working. But they just took a lady that came in AFTER us before my daughter. As I walked over to my friends telling her what just happened, the manager show the other girl her phone and the lady looked at me and my friend and shrugs her shoulders saying oh well. and my friend thought that that was so rude and the manager told her to quit blowing the other ladies hair and start on my daughter and she said no. we left and are headed to ashaali on Salem road and hoping to have a better experience. Unacceptable. Will not be back. The manager was nice though...

Cindy is phenomenal with natural hair! I didn't go for a blowout because I feel that's too much heat, and I've recently gone natural. But I was pleased to find out that they do a lot of natural hair as well. Cindy did these fine cornrows in the front of my hair, and bantu knot the back. It turns out so well.
