I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews. I need to get my hair braided and the only person I could think to trust with my hair is YaYa. She’s been braiding my hair and my family’s hair for years now. She’s always done a great job! Love her work. Love her spirit. Her mom is so sweet and is so helpful. I would recommend YaYa to everyone.
Ya Ya is a great person and braided. She has always been professional ans courteous of my time. I always love my hair when I leave.

Well let me say this I've been getting my hair braided at shops for years and the experience I received here was the worst. I showed pictures of a style I wanted to Yaya and her assistant in the shop 5x.My hair was nothing like the picture. I ended up going back the next morning because it was messy and you heavy. After their mistake she wanted to charge again for taking it down and more hair when she used the same hair she took out. We argued and she mumbled thing in her language under her breath. I recorded them let my friend translate later. They talked about me like a dog. I really could care less. Be mindful we are customers and you never know who is in your chair or who they know.TO ALL CUSTOMERS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL SHOP. this one should and will be shut down.
