We used to be loyal customers of Blackshear Auto Spa but unfortunately I will never do business with them again. They broke my 7 week olds car seat, shattered his rear mirror, and left a foot long scratch on my car. When I called the owner concerning the matter he was extremely rude and unconcerned and even told me it wasn’t his responsibility to fix. Made no effort to resolve the matter. Apparently he doesn’t need my business.
