Erin Groover was a true professional who went above and beyond for me and my family. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she fought every step of the way to make sure our dream of homeownership became a reality! She led us over every hurdle and through a difficult loan process to make it happen. We owe a lot of gratitude to her and her team (including her preferred mortgage broker) for getting us to the closing table and into our new home! I look forward to working with her again and sending other friends and relatives to her to ensure they get the best RE services Athens and the surrounding area has to offer!

Erin helped us find a house (our first house!) that is perfect for us. She is knowledgeable about the Athens market, she knows houses, and she is honest. I trust her to look out for her clients and not just her commission. I also think she understands the importance of lasting relationships in a community like this, and I really value her as a friend and a professional. We will absolutely go to her again if we ever need to buy or sell (but we like this house so much maybe we never will)!

Erin Groover has been my realtor and sold a rental property after she and her husband did many repairs and improvements. The selling price was higher than I expected. Erin also helped me buy another rental property. Erin is consistently helpful every step of the way. She is cheerful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
