Jason and Lisa have a great professional understanding and knowledge of the way the housing market works.nAt anytime (weekends or evenings) I was able to reach either one of them if I had any questions or concerns about my house showings or just a house question in general. I always reveived feedback in a timely manner after a showing of what my house was lacking or what stood out as a positive attribute.nThe agents at Jason Bernsteins are not the kind of real estate agents that will just sit back and wait for the sale. This group of agents advertise, promote and work as a team. I feel Jason and his team are all about helping people any way possible sell or buy a house. They take time to really listen to concerns and what people want out of an agent.nI have dealt a lot with real estate agents buying and selling houses over the years...some good, I call them the 'go getters', and some not so good, I refer to them as 'lazy... waiting for a sale to fall into their lap'. On that scale, Jason and Lisa Bernstein are DEFINITELY the 'go getters'. They are the best, of the best, of the best real estate agents! We had a wonderful experience with Bernstein & Co. We were in a unique position - buying a house from out of state in the middle of a pandemic - but Lisa and Linda really knocked it out of the park! We found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood and the closing went smooth. Lisa really went the extra mile when giving us video tours of prospective homes, and we knew we could trust her opinion. We had endless questions as first-time home buyers but the team is very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Absolutely recommended!
