Plan on getting little to none of your security deposit back if you rent through Arch Properties. Typically the landlord is responsible for cost associated with normal wear and tear but it is up to the discretion of the landlord. Aaron did the move out inspection before the scheduled cleaning that Arch Properties set up. Aaron claimed that minor marks on the wall (which were easily removed with a magic eraser) needed to be painted and charged us $50 for each wall.

Very attentive and accommodating from step 1 to closing date! Would recommend them to anyone!
