RENTER BEWARE Rabun County home!!! This man stole my security deposit for a property that I never moved into or signed a lease for. He covered up a smell when he showed us the property. When I went back to the house and found the smell he did not want to fix it. He tried to bully me into accepting the property by telling me that people in the area had a lower standard of living and he could rent the property as is. I told him that it would not work for my family and I needed a resolution but he didn't get back to me for several days. He then sent my wife a message asking for a move in date. I sent him an email the next day letting him know that we would not be moving forward with the property. He is playing games and is refusing to refund $1125 dollars of deposits that he had me send him. He will come off as a great guy but all he cares about is lining his pockets and taking from yours!!

Awful experience trying to rent from him. Extremely rude, curt, and entitled. His applications are extremely tedious, and even with that, the house we went to go see reeked like cigarette smoke. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with him.
