Honestly, we livin in dorms out here. Parties all night long with loud music that keeps you up. Neighbors do whatever they want, basically. Managers allow unruly behavior and always say there's nothing they can do about the chaos out here. I truly made the biggest mistake by moving out here. Brenda is the nastiest manager I've ever dealt with and the maintenance men have NO professional experience WHATSOEVER. Avoid these apartments for your own sake

We are very sorry you are having a bad experience with the property. I know that we do have rules in place to help keep the community clean and beautiful Not allowing boats, various windmills, plants, etc throughout the community keeps the property looking its best and uniformed. Although I realize that some residents are very talented when it comes to gardening and such, we always have one or two who need some guidance in that department. Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But to make sure no one gets their feelings hurt or to ensure that everything is uniformed, we do have rules in place to just not allow these types of items to be displayed. We wish we could accommodate, but unfortunately we are unable to allow everyone to add items to the lawn or park boats and such throughout the community. We hope that you will understand our position and see that although we understand that your household is talented in gardening, not all are as talented and we cannot make the judgement call on which residents can be allowed to display their talent. Let stated previously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

love these apartments! Been here since April 2014 and still love it! My apartment is wonderful! Current Management is fine, It is income based so there's kids running and playing at times, but its nothing you can't handle! Id definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Living here for some years now. This placed has changed for the worse. This place can’t keep maintenance person for anything! As of now there is one maintenance person. My bathroom sink in master bed room has been broken for 2 months now. The water was not able to go down and started turning green. I called leasing office multiple times and all Brenda and office manager Jackie does is make up excuses. I called corporate about my sink and no call back!!My advice if you can afford elsewhere, then do it! Betty, needs to come back to being office manager! 2018

I came here just to get a map of the property to find my way around to make deliveries. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and said I did not need that to do my job. Of all of the places I would deliver to this has been the most confusing one and I do not like delivering here. The fact that management does not see the value and this is unsettling. Would not rent here
