Takes Maintenance months to fix any issues then after I established that I needed multiple things fixed and the only days I'm home is Friday-Sunday and I did NOT want anyone in my house while I'm there they still sent someone IN MY HOUSE while I was at work and the problem still wasn't resolved. I moved in with issues including the shower head and bath faucet running at the same time, excessive animal hair in every area and feces in the living room and when explained to someone in the leasing office nobody did anything about it and brushed it off like its normal to have a NEW Vacuum Cleaner FULL of animal hair and dust. I sent them pictures and everything smh. To be paying almost a $1000 each month for a 2 bedroom I DO NOT RECCOMMEND and I'll be leaving once my lease is up this year.

The management team is absolutely horrible to deal with. My A/C unit was messing up for 3 months straight and causing me to hemorrhage money on my power bill. It wasn’t until the power company came out is when something was done about it. Also, my internet wasn’t even working half of the time. Nobody came out to replace the wire that Mediacom said the complex was notified about and the “maintenance man” would replace, never happened.nnYou’re better off just renting a house or finding an apartment elsewhere. Avoid this place like COVID-19.

My fiance and I have been living here for 8 months now , and honestly we made the best choice living here. The staff , Mrs.Trisha , Lia and Mr.Johnny are awesome and family-oriented people. They are more than willing to assist you with any problem you have. The community here is very clean , friendly and very very peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a family oreinted place that is peaceful, Latitude 30 is where it's at!

My husband, son, and me visited this complex after finding them via Facebook Marketplace. The person handling the Facebook ad was very responsive and immediately asked to reach out via phone. We took a drive over to the complex on April 15th and we were greeted by a woman. She was quite friendly. We were then assisted by Nate. Nate was beyond amazing. He showed us each open apartment for their two bedrooms. He allowed us to ask endless questions, my husband had countless, and even double backed to a few for us to get a second look. He gave us time to speak in private to discuss numbers and plans. Not only was Nate friendly, he was professional, and very knowledgeable of the community, amenities, and complex. We also had a request to have ceiling fans installed upon moving in and he immediately reached out to maintenance to confirm. Not once did he make us feel obligated to make a decision today. Ultimately, we chose to complete an application today for a 2/2 flat

I’m so thankful I found this place! The staff is so nice and know you by name. Moving in was easy & they helped me out a lot. They’re not the cheapest apartments but they are 100% the best looking I’ve seen in Valdosta. They’re definitely worth the price!! Everything is very modern & beautiful. They’ve just finished renovating so we have freshly painted walls and brand new carpet. My walls are a perfect gray color & the kitchen appliances & cabinets are black. If you love the modern, sleek look then this place is perfect for you! The community is also very quiet. I’m a night shift nurse & I sleep great during the day. When I’m off work & sleeping at night it’s still peaceful. No college kids partying or anything like that. The in-ground pool is gorgeous & well kept. I’m proud to bring my family & friends over. There’s a park if you have kids & even a dog park for your pets. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!
