Tracy is creative, professional, and excellent customer service! Her nail art & work is the best I’ve ever had in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done! She takes her time and is quite the perfectionist, making sure I’m happy with the work! The staff is equally friendly and attentive to their customers needs. They take great care and time into their services. The pedicures are my favorite anywhere and they don’t rush through. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a service or 2 here ud83dudc99

I never write reviews but the customer service at LV nails 2 has blown me away. The manager Tracy makes sure you get top high quality service. It's like going to high in day spa for strip mall prices. The manager took it upon her self to use her personal time to go pick up face masks I showed interest in. Just $3 masks and she went so far out of her way. She insures detail & care in everything with her customers. My nails are always perfection & last a month.
The manger here is great. She delivers great customer service! But, I do not seem to like the woman Tammy(if I remember her name correctly). She rushes and does not do a good job. Also, I think they could be a little more cleaner. And too their quality does not seem to be good anymore.
The service was wonderful! So relaxing and calming! Love it and the Tech!
