Oconee Nails Spa

I have only experienced good things in this spa.

I realize that they were very busy today, with being the first day open after being closed due to the virus. I was the first customer there this morning, and I thought I would get a full set and be out in about an hour. Two hours later, the lady doing my nails had answered the phone in excess of ten times, and still hadn’t put on the ‘pink’ part of my pink and white. I told her I had to go and could not continue sitting there any longer due to back pain. She said all she had left to do was put on the top coat (shine) and I could come back this afternoon late and get that done. She didn’t even realize she had only half done my nails. I had asked for round, and they definitely are not. They are all different shapes. Two have thick amounts of the dried white powder under them. She did apologize, and said she was not used to working in gloves and that she is slower than the others. Let me just say that had I waited until she was completely done, it would have taken at least three hours!! Also, if I had a very dissatisfied client, and they were having to come back ‘later’ to finish what I had started, I would not have charged them until the job was complete. She had no problem with charging me $48 for a half completed, poorly done job. I have been going there for years, but once I get my nails finished this afternoon, never again. Believe the negative reviews. I do now.

I love Oconee Nail Spa. I've been going there for at least 3 years. My nail tech is Vicki she has always makes my nails and pedicur's look great. Larry and Lucy the owners are always very nice. I drive from Barnett Shoals Road to Oconee to go there. I won't let anyone else do my nails.

This place is incredible! The staff was super friendly and very professional. I never get pedicures so I'm sure my feet are a chore. Ada (not sure if my spelling is correct), took care of me and she didn't miss a beat. I have ingrown toenails all the time and she popped them out with zero pain and I was amazed. I will definitely refer this place to all my friends and family and I will definitely return. Thanks again, my feet look great!

I came in and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. I had to wait 30 minutes, which was completely fine. After she completed the actual pedicure and was ready apply the polish, she told me the Essie brand polish I selected (a regular light pink color) was an additional $3.nAt this point, I had been there for 45 minutes -- my feet were soaked and my hands were covered in cuticle remover inside plastic baggies. Getting up to select another polish wasn't exactly convenient.nI have NEVER heard of an additional cost for a brand of basic polish. Not to mention a common brand you can pick up just about anywhere.nI'm pleased with how my nails turned out, but I will not return to this salon. The cost of the polish should be included in their prices. ...like every other salon.
