I have found a new place to get haircuts, colors, and styles for me and my family. I will recommend Supercuts on Experiment Station Road in Watkinsville. This place has an amazing stylist, Sarah Bull as well as other. If anyone is reading this review, please go in and ask for Sarah Bull for all your hair needs, a request for her will be an amazing experience for you and will keep you going back time after time.

There have been some very nice employees here, but just when I get used to someone cutting my hair, employees change and I have to start looking for another person......The last straw was today....After waiting almost AN HOUR to get my haircut, and was just about to have my turn, a parent with a teenage boy came in and said they checked in online and had an appointment. They took the boy before me, even though I had already checked in with someone at the desk almost AN HOUR before and had two teenagers waiting with me. One of the stylists apologized and even said she didn't agree with it, but it was Supercuts policy to take whomever checks in online first........Ok, so much for common courtesy and taking first come / first served.nnI'm laid back and would have understood if the other person and I had checked in around the same time when they told me they prioritize online check ins. However, this was after I had already waited almost AN HOUR for a haircut. Again, there are some nice employees here, but if Supercuts wants to support rudeness, and bad customer service, then my whole family and I will be going somewhere else.
